"So, uh, Ra...you know you owe me stuff, right?"

This is Atilio and he takes up residence in Mexico, considering he's from there. He's also bi-lingual, speaking Spanish and English. Atilio makes the mistake of playing a game of Black Jack with a...er...bad-tempered coyote (Ra). He now constantly tries to get the payment his "friend" owes him. Ah, poor Lio... it's not going to happen. Instead of money, Atilio likes "people things", as he calls it. He collects things we would throw out, and the newer it looks, the more he'd want it.

ALSO, this is a LIE picture. Atilio doesn't have an anthro form. I was just doodling and this happened. I'll upload his proper ref (which will proably be a group ref, because he's part of a "gang". He's the one that calls it a gang, really. Atilio does engage in all types of illegal activities that get the rest of his friends in trouble.)
